Flow29 focuses on the connection between customs software, processes, data and the surrounding systems. It is precisely at those connections that errors, manual work and unclear ownership arise.
Flow29 combines knowledge of customs processes with experience in software configuration, data flows and automation. A question does not have to be translated between two disciplines before anything can happen.
Why that connection matters
Flow29 translates between the customs department, IT, software suppliers and the ERP, WMS, TMS and customs systems involved. In doing so it keeps track of where data comes from, who is responsible for exceptions, and how the complete flow keeps working in daily practice.
